Service Description

In this session, we begin with an intuitive reading to "light up" your truth and whatever fears, patterns or limiting beliefs are holding you in conflict with you living it - in your relationships, career, purpose, etc. I then guide you into hypnosis and we go to work on calling back your energy from people, places and experiences where it got stuck or unconsciously invested. With your energy back in present time in your energy field and no one else's, you have a chance to "feel" what it is to be fully aligned. We then update your subconscious mind with a new "program" that is more aligned with your truth + goals. After our session I teach you energy healing tools to help you stay aligned.
